SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE

The supply of any school uniform displayed for sale on our Website which you intend to buy is subject to following Terms and Conditions, but they in no way affect your statutory rights. This Website is meant for use by residents of Australia only.

 

PRICES

The school uniform and other products which you purchase are inclusive of Tax. Our Website which is showing our school uniform and other products is only an invitation to buy and not binding on us to sell at listed price. We have the right to accept or reject the order even though it has been confirmed and payment has been made as the product price might have been incorrectly listed due to typographical error. Once we notify the correct price, you have the option of buying at corrected price or cancellation of the order. In case of cancellation we will issue a refund. If you confirm willingness to purchase at corrected price, we will ensure delivery to you otherwise we will make refund.

 

PAYMENT

You can make payment by Credit Card or  Debit Card at the time of placing your order for school uniform. If there is a requirement of your card Provider, you need to put password. All transactions/ information between us are fully encrypted to ensure full security. We assure you that no third party can access to your any sensitive information.

 

DELIVERY

As soon as you place order, we aim to deliver it at given address. We make all-out effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. As a consequent some orders may even reach you earlier. Upon delivery, you need to sign as acknowledgement of receipt of order. The ordered items are delivered subject to availability of stocks on the date of your order. If your order is for more than one item, those items which are out of stock may be delivered at a later date. We are in no way responsible and liable for any damages for delay in delivery.

DELIVERED INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS

In case you received items which are not as per your order or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that ordered, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the ordered items. For this you need to notify us of the problem by Email to info@scholarsuniform.com.au within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods. Also upon our request you need to return them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
