We accept return of your item (s) within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the purchase due to manufacturing defect or the item (s) is different is different from originally ordered. You can exchange or take refund depending on the terms of the purchase. For that you need to meet the below return conditions barring caps, hats and socks which are not returnable.

RETURNS

Return of item(s) is acceptable to Scholars Uniform if:

• The purchase is made within last 30 days.
• Provided proof of purchase.
• Purchased item is not used, not damaged, not marked and not altered.
• Purchased item is in original condition with its packaging and tags intact.

 

Next Step

• Upon acceptance of your return item(s), refund process is carried out which may take 2 to 3 days. Then you will be notified via email. In case of return to your bank account, it may take 2 to 5 days to process depending on your Bank.

 

REFUNDS

• Processing of refunds will be as per your original payment method.
• Refunds for payment made through Credit Cards will take 1 to 5 working days depending up on your Bank.
• Purchases made through Gift Card will be refunded on to a new gift card. Or Refund will be made to a new Gift Card if purchase is made through Gift Card.

 

Delivery

• Subject to availability, the product will be dispatched following day if order is placed before 3 Pm AEST on a working day.
• Those orders which are placed after 3 Pm or on a weekend will be dispatched on the second working day after order is received.
