Q 2. How good is the quality of your uniforms?

A: It is our desire and motto to maintain the impeccable quality of every garment we prepare.  The reason is that our design system maintains data on every aspect of your uniform as per the sample provided. Also, our Sales team will promptly respond upon receiving a call regarding the quality of the uniform and ensuring that the fault is either repaired/replaced or refunded.

 

Q 3. How competitive are your prices?

A: Scholars Uniform’s prices are highly competitive without compromising the quality of the uniform which results in satisfaction as well as savings for parents. Q 4. Do you use offshore manufacturing?

A: Yes indeed. Reputable firms of Pakistan and China are our offshore sources which enabled us to offer competitive price options. Needless to mention our offshore sources maintains quality standards and also implement ethical employment practices at their work place.

 

Q 5. Can you supply a special colour or pattern for our uniforms?

A: Yes, according to the demand and requirement of our client we can make specially dyed colours and patterns. But making these fabrics takes additional time as they are not stock lines and also unused fabric guarantees may apply.

 

Q 6. Can I have embroidery or printing added to the garments I order?

A: Yes. The embroidery machines possessed by Scholars Uniform enable us the control and flexibility to perform both embroidery and printing processes. This will not adversely delay the production process. In addition, screen printing is also possible on your items.

 

Q 7. I am ready to place my order but I am unsure of what sizes to order?

A: We understand that different brands have different fits for the same size. That’s why Scholars Uniform designs and provides a sample garment size range before manufacturing your uniforms. In this connection, contact can be made to our Sales team to discuss your requirement.


Q 8. What can we do for someone who needs very large/small or special fit garments?

A: Scholars Uniform provides custom size service offer for manufacturing abnormal (very large or small) size uniforms for an additional charge as this is a specialist service and required additional time for supply.  In this connection contact can be made to our Sales team to discuss and decide your requirement.

 

Q 9. What is the minimum quantity of garments that I can order?

A: For Custom Made garments using an existing pattern minimum order of 25 items per style has to be placed or minimum of 100 garments which require new pattern. Minimum quantities are based on an assortment of standard sizes. Similarly minimum order quantities for off-shore orders vary according to factors existing. Q 10. Can a representative visit me?

A:  We are based in Melbourne and our Sales Team regularly visits customers from as far north as Mildura through Northern, Central and South East Victoria, to Canberra and New South Wales. These trips are planned in advance and we can schedule a time to visit you during our next trip. If your school is in South East Victoria then call us and we can discuss a suitable time to visit you.

 

Q 11. Can you send me a catalogue of your designs?

A: As we make lot of designs of school uniform, it is difficult to provide single Catalogue. However, we do have catalogue that shows our more popular items and also guide you with a starting point when planning to introduce new uniform. Our Sales team is ready to assist you in this regard.

 

Q 12. How expensive is freight?

A: We are willing to deliver for free orders valuing over $750 excluding GST. For orders below $750 value, nominal amount of $20 will be charged towards Freight. Due to constraints we are unable to offer FIS service to customers in remote and far reaching areas. 

 

Q 13. Will you hold stock of our uniform?

A: Holding Stock arrangements depends on customer by customer basis after negotiation as we want to provide our customers with best possible solutions. If you so desires, can contact our Sales team about Stock Holding options.

 

Q 14. How do I pay for my order?

A: Payments to Scholars Uniform can be made by cheque, electronic funds transfers and credit card, Mastercard & Visa card. As per terms of payment advance deposit has to be made and the balance is payable on or before delivery.

 

Q 15. We have an event where we need uniforms, can you guarantee delivery by this date?

A: Sometimes it may be urgent requirement of clients to deliver uniforms on certain date due to some event. Though we always to try to meet orders on or before time, but we regret it may not be possible due to external factors which are out of our control such as stock availability, insufficient manufacturing time, shipping issues etc.,
